Shelton L. Ivey – Owner & C.E.O. , Successful Endeavours
Shelton Ivey began his professional career in 1991, being employed by the Department of Defense after graduating from DeVry University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in business operations.
After several years of public service, Mr. Ivey started Successful Endeavours LLC in 1998 in Columbus Ohio, providing consulting services to Fortune 100 companies as well as small and medium sized business, and new business ventures. Mr. Ivey relocated the company to North Carolina in 2005.
In 2011 Successful Endeavours underwent a reorganization and expansion. As a result, business operations have been expanded to include Website Design and development, as well as bookkeeping services which are complementary additions to the thirteen years of management consulting experience in the financial, banking and manufacturing industries.
Mr. Ivey is committed to giving back to the community both personally and professionally. He has volunteered his time to work with his son’s Boy Scout troop for the last 13 years and has participated in their Night at the Inn initiative to help feed and shelter the homeless in the local Charlotte community by providing fellowship and three square meals and a place to stay for the night for local families. He has also been actively supportive with fundraising for the troop as well. Being a former scout himself, he recognizes the value of the organization to the families and the community as well.
Alinda Angerville – Information Technology and Digital Services
Alinda Angerville comes with a solid professional background from one of the leading centers of business and commerce in the world, New York City. She has worked on Wall Street with the (now defunct) Manufacturer Hanover Trust, and has also worked in the government sector for the Department of Transportation. Coming off a recent stint as a discharge planning assistant at New York Presbyterian – one of the top 7 ranked hospitals in the nation, she brings to bear a solid and diverse skill set and a proven ability to deal with clients and customers from a variety of settings. Ms. Angerville has been designing and developing web sites for over ten years and has the added caveat of also being an exemplary graphics designer. Ms. Angerville is currently attending DeVry University at Charlotte where she is completing her BS degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus in Website and Internet Administration. Ms. Angerville has also demonstrated a commitment to the community and has consistently engaged in volunteer opportunities with IBM – People for a Smarter Planet, Twitchange.com – as an education category editor , and most recently with The Siwe Project, which is an NGO committed to raising awareness about the stigma of mental illness globally.
